Frank Lyman, a Canadian designer whose fashions have global appeal, is offering patterned and colorful dresses this season, with an emphasis on feminine silhouettes and vibrant colors.

Recently, Coombs closed her Diva Boutique store in Bellingham, Wash., so she could concentrate on developing her Internet business and upcoming new retail storefront in Hollywood, Florida.

"Although I enjoyed helping women personally in my Washington store make smart fashion choices, I also wanted to see what it would be like to work with a larger group of customers," Coombs said.
